Our representatives are responsible for partnering with consumers to resolve their outstanding debts in a fair and timely manner. Job Functions:

  • Work independently and maintain consistent work efforts in a fast-paced environment to effectively manage a portfolio of consumer collection accounts.
  • Effectively work with consumers through sensitive and challenging financial situations and analyze their personal financial information to negotiate the most expeditious resolution for delinquent accounts.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when working with consumers and other team members.
  • Adhere to quality standards and ensure proper and lawful interactions with consumers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
  • Travel and Additional Hours maybe required based on role with the company.
  • Be to work every day on time with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE
  • Be able to schedule personal needs before work, after work, during breaks and lunches.
  • Work at your assigned space for an entire 8 hour scheduled shift by either sitting or standing.
  • Any attendance or punctuality issues in the initial 30 days of employment may require you to reapply for the position.

Skills/Knowledge/Education:

  • Recent College Graduates from accredited Tier 1 Colleges and Universities are encouraged to apply,
  • Degrees in Business, Communications, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Computer Science and Entrepreneurship a plus
  • Accelerated Management Training Programs for qualified applicants.
  • Inquisitive in nature with demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WILL TRAIN RIGHT TEAM MEMBER!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
