What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Supernal?
Supernal is at the forefront of creating emerging mobility solutions that will foster the development of human-centered cities. What we do:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance of employee electronic records and HRIS entry. The role will work closely with the HR Generalist and Sr. HR Business Partner to provide a wide range of support to supervisors and employees.
This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.
What you can do:
- Answers and assists employees with inquiries regarding their employment and Supernal's policies
- Facilitates job changes, supervisor changes, terminations, compensation changes, etc. with the HRIS
- Aids in coordinating and facilitating surveys, interviews, and other research related to HR policies, compensation, terminations, etc.
- Maintain company organizational charts
- Assists with administrative tasks of onboarding and offboarding
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings
- Maintains compliance with all related labor laws
- Assists in preparing correspondence as requested
- Other related duties as assigned
What you can contribute:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
You may also be able to contribute:
- SHRM certification preferred
- ADP Workforce Now experience a plus
