What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometrist position at Superstition Vision?

Looking for an independent contractor Optometrist licensed in Arizona. 2-4 days per week.

Also, looking for an optometrist interested in occasional fill-in opportunities.

Flexible hours. Practice inside busy Walmart vision center. Compensation is production based. Previous fill-ins have averaged $600/day during slow season and $900( )/day during busy season.
