Requirements: 
  • An experienced and compassionate caregiver who understands the importance of meeting the needs of others while helping them maintain a high quality of life. 
  • Committed individuals who have a passion for providing care and friendship to others with disabilities. 
  • Must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and have a valid driver's license. 

Duties will include: 
  • Cooking, cleaning, personal care, hoyer transfer, etc. 
  • Looking for a part-time, in-home care provider in Lancaster, Wisconsin. 
  • Please include your availability and experience. The position includes a.m. and 4-11 p.m. shifts. Every other weekend is required. 

Shift Schedule:
  • Mondays: 
    • 6:30 - 8:30 a.m.
    • 6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. 
    • 4 - 11 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: 
    • 8 - 10 a.m. / 8 a.m. - noon
    • 4 - 11 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 
    • 8 - 10 a.m. / 8 a.m. - noon   
    • 4 - 11 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 
    • 6:30 - 8:30 a.m.
    • 6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.                 
    • 4 - 11 p.m.
  • Fridays: 
    • 6:30 - 8:30 a.m.
    • 6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
    • 4 p.m. - 11 p.m.
  • Weekends: 
    • 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. / 8 a.m. - noon
    • 4 - 11 p.m.
