The Performance Excellence Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and deployment of Adventist HeathCare’s journey to excellence. This position works with the Director of Performance and Operational Excellence to monitor adherence to AHC’s standard management approach while providing training, support, and consultation to help each business unit achieve its goals. Collaboratively, the Performance Excellence functions are focused on promoting a culture of continuous improvement using the Baldrige framework and facilitating system-wide improvement efforts to align with and monitor progress towards our strategic priorities. The Coordinator provides support to key stakeholders, physicians, and entity leaders, in order to implement initiatives that leverage the system’s culture in order to deliver world-class care to our community. Qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in related field • 3 years of progressive health care experience • National or state-level Performance Excellence examiner preferred • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred At Adventist HealthCare our job is to care for you.
