Your job responsibility, as a Sales Representative will be generating new business and then continue to manage grow those customer relationships with cross selling and active account management. Additionally, it will be key that you are able to build relationships with strategic partners that SureLock Technology has aligned with in the market.
Our ideal candidate will be a team player who will have the ability and passion to work with Government Agencies, School Districts, and commercial business providing advanced emerging technologies that solve customer needs. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual that wants to join a fast-growing team and do whatever it takes to succeed.
Our go to market strategy is to pursue long term engagements, locally supporting our clients, within assigned territories, in a methodical way. We use Pipedrive and Google apps to keep track of all relevant information and strategic steps we conduct in order to provide customized technological solutions.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technology Sales roles including IT Solutions, Managed Services, and Software with a successful track record developing account plans, attaining individual sales goals, and adding new clients.
- Proficiency in using social media to develop new leads and close new sales.
- Well-versed in consultative selling of complex IT solutions.
- Knowledge of Software Solutions, Managed Services, and IT Solutions including Public and Private Cloud Solutions, Hosting/Colocation, Help Desk Support, Data and Network Security, Disaster Recover, Integrated Cloud Solutions, Projects, and Hardware Sales.
- Great communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.
- Great interpersonal problem-solving and organizational skills to work with colleagues and prospective client contacts.
· Hunter Mentality
In addition, our ideal candidate will have some or all of these qualifications:
· Previous Inside Sales Experience within the Technology Industry, preferably selling services, Advanced technology solutions
· Experience Selling into the Public Sector
· Prior Experience Working with Complex RFP’s
· Prior Experience Working for a IT Distributor such as SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, Tech Data, D&H, etc.
