Surescripts serves the nation through simpler, trusted health intelligence sharing, in order to increase patient safety, lower costs and ensure quality care. We deliver insights at critical points of care for better decisions - from streamlining prior authorizations to delivering comprehensive medication histories to facilitating messages between providers.
The Copywriter has a keen ability to craft effective, sophisticated and accurate content for various channels including advertising, social media and sales collateral. They are adept at writing persuasive, well-crafted and conversational copy to inform, motivate and inspire a variety of targeted healthcare audiences.
ResponsibilitiesCraft strategic and inspiring original copy. Projects will include but are not limited to digital and print advertising, sales collateral, website and email marketing.
Craft witty and relevant social media copy for all platforms reflecting an informed and clear point of view and maximizing both paid and organic social marketing investments.
Review creative briefs to understand direction, messaging, audience and project scope.
Produce drafts for review by stakeholders and make revisions based on the feedback received.
Act as a steward of the Surescripts brand voice, ensuring that all materials are written in a style that is concise, accurate, consistent, complete, intelligent and conversational.
Collaborate with colleagues, including graphic designers and digital marketers, to execute creative assets.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years of related experience
1 years of experience writing/editing in a corporate or agency environment
1 years of experience working in varied media including digital, social, print and broadcast
Strong written and verbal communication skills to create content and collaborate successfully with others
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, English, Communications, or Business
Strong understanding of brand identity structure and how verbal, visual and execution come together to create a holistic message
Prior writing experience in a healthcare or technology environment or within another complex industry
Experience with data-based story telling
Prior B2B writing experience
Familiar with project management tools
Experience with Agile Marketing and/or Pragmatic Marketing
