SURESTAFF is hiring for a Corporate Recruiter to work out of our corporate office in Itasca, IL. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for recruiting new applicants, interviewing and partnering with hiring managers to fill their open job needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment!
Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity.

- Consults with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Presents candidates to hiring managers, coordinates interviews, negotiates offer packages, processes offer and initiates onboarding.
- Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits existing job descriptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to client customers, current associates, and applicants at all times.
- Ensure accurate employee files are kept according to federal requirements.
- Conduct background checks on new hires as needed.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations to ensure that candidates are properly prepped and briefed for their first day of work.
- Maintain constant communication with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled timely
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings.
- Writes and places job advertisements in various media and internal job posting program
- Utilizes online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of corporate level recruiting in related industry
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a sales aptitude.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
