SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Lumpers in Dallas, TX. Lumpers are responsible for moving product with a forklift or pallet jack from trailer to another area of the warehouse dock during receiving process.

Available shifts include 7:30am-4:00pm Mon-Fri. Must be available to come in early, stay late, and be open to weekends when needed.
Bonus Earnings:A Lumper can usually load a truck within 2-3 hours on average. Potential for a $200-300 a day bonus!INBOUND LUMPERS: $100 per container (OFF LOAD)OUTBOUND LUMPERS: $115 FTL LOADS

- Move product from trailer to appropriate dock staging area in a safe, efficient manner.
- Sort and segregate pallets / product, as necessary.
- Check product for damages and alert receivers, if necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long hours throughout shift
- Ability to understand process specifications and use them to complete the assigned task.
- Excellent communication skills
