Role Objectives:
Surf Air is seeking an accomplished CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Director or Manager to join the Marketing department to help transform the future of air travel. The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Director or Manager will oversee all strategies and tactics focused on conversion, retention, and the lifecycle of Surf Air's customer base. The right candidate will have deep experience with all communication channels, especially email and SMS marketing. They will be experts in creating new marketing campaigns aligned with company revenue and growth targets. They will be able to think big and tell brand stories as well as get in the weeds and deploy tactics that increase conversion.
The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Director or Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and will have exposure to every part of the business. The ideal candidate thinks strategically about the entire communication cycle and understands how every channel functions and fits into the broader vision and direction of the company. The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Director or Manager will adhere to a clear set of KPIs.

4 years relevant marketing experience (Manager)
8 years relevant marketing experience (Director)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience
Responsibilities:
(Manager)
Own the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy and tactics, primarily setting up and scheduling emails and SMS campaigns.
Manage campaigns launches, referral program, seasonal campaigns, and roadmap planning.
Understanding of marketing automation best practices, email deliverability techniques, lead scoring, and advanced list segmentation.
Coordinate with Sales team.
Develop internal and external marketing material and collateral.
Help plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Drive CRM reporting and analytics.
Help keep all relevant departments informed of marketing campaigns.
Perform any additional duties that align with company's overall strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities: (Director)
Lead and drive the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing communications, and provide leadership for all deliverables for product and brand communications.
Be the primary strategic owner of CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy and tactics.
Manage email and SMS marketing channels.
Act as a leader with the consumer marketing department to provide creative solutions across many categories including, campaign and product launch support, referral campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and roadmap planning.
Align communications with user lifecycle stages to acquire new flyers and foster repeat business.
Understanding of marketing automation best practices, email deliverability techniques, lead scoring, and advanced list segmentation.
Manage consumer insights and execute thoughtful survey to better understand our customer and measure company success.
Craft marketing brand campaigns to communicate the brand story.
Coordinate with and be the primary internal liaison with Sales team leadership.
Develop internal and external marketing material and collateral
Plan and implement promotional campaigns
Drive CRM reporting and analytics
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant departments are informed of marketing objectives and campaigns.
