There are three primary departments that work closely together: Marketplace, Amp Division, and Air Operations. We are looking for talented individuals that are passionate about shaping the future of air mobility and inventing something the world has never seen before.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, our Sales Executives are responsible for hunting, qualifying, and making new sales. This includes selling Scheduled Seats, On Demand Charter Flights and Memberships. Sales Associates will be managing the entire sales cycle, along with generating referrals and using sales tools to maximize results. Most importantly, our Sales Associates work on a tight-nit, professional team that’s here to deliver results, by learning from each other and understanding the true needs of our prospective and current customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell our memberships & products/services to qualified individuals, families, and companies of all sizes
  • Manage the lifecycle of members; new, upgrades, downgrades, dormancy, rejoins & reactivations
  • Build relationships of trust with fellow team-members, prospects, and members
  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke sales experience for our prospects
  • Manage and report on a large pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets whilst focusing on increasing share of wallet and referrals
  • Work across multiple platforms, including Hubspot, Live Chat, Zuora, and LinkedIn
  • Participate in events, networking, and general on the ground efforts
  • Understand and effectively communicate Surf Air’s value proposition, technology, and processes

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of proven high touch sales experience
  • Excellent sales skills including the ability to quickly create and build relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be technology savvy and well organized
  • Effective time management skills – Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • One weekend shift required quarterly.
  • You’ll be required to meet members/ prospects in person and participate in regular evening networking events

Compensation:

  • Salary: Base Monthly Commission
