Job Details:
- First shift, Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls
- May answer and direct emails
- Schedule appointments
- Manage and update calendars
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- May prepare different types of reports when needed such as payroll, recruiting, safety, etc.
- May process, type, edit, or format reports and documents when needed
- Maintain electronic or paper databases and filing systems
- Accurately create, maintain, and enter data into the system
- Perform copying, scanning, and faxing
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment malfunctions
- Uphold best business practices and etiquette
Position Requirements:
- Previous Clerical or Administrative experience is preferred but training is available
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solver
- Great attendance and punctual
- Professional and polite attitude
