As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for effectively selling across all levels of large Enterprise corporations.
- Driving Sales Achievement - Focusing on account and resource planning and allocation to drive sales attainment numbers. Accurately forecasting your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams; driving profitable growth.
- Financial Acumen & Performance - Analyzing your customers' financials to understand their pain points. Assessing pricing and consumption model needs per customer.
One Winning Team Engagement - Effectively facilitating joint initiatives with cross-functional teams (Technology, Customer Success, Operations, Partners, etc.) and strategically engaging cross functional resources to drive strategy that delights customers and drive exceptional results.

- An aggressive self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships, articulate Surgere's AI platform as an enabler of change and transformation to create demand and close deals.
- Solution selling mindset, focused on enabling customer business outcomes through technology and positioning it with senior customer executives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of working with complex technical solutions including calling on key decision makers and all other technical and business influencers.
- The ability to negotiate solutions with peers, partners and customers employing a Win/Win philosophy.
- Background in delivering large strategic wins, an expertise working within all levels of a client organization, and a consistent track record of exceeding goals.
- Cross-industry experience in selling to IT and OT stakeholders across the Automotive/Industrial Manufacturing/Food and Beverage/Logistics industries.
- An ability to work creatively with Engineering, Technology, Operations, Customer Success, Ecosystem and Marketing teams in creating integrated solutions that address complex problems with a focus on the Surgere's value proposition.
- Proven experience with processes for successful account management including forecasting, quota over achievement, sales presentations, short term, mid-term and long term opportunity management.
- Requires a minimum BA degree or equivalent and 7 years Account Management experience in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.
- National travel is required, approximately 50%.
- Industrial/OT expert who has worked for 5 years selling industrial hardware and software platforms.
- Direct sales/account management experience selling to Fortune 500.
- Strong working knowledge of the supply chain and/or manufacturing markets.
