Business Office Clerk (Case History and Front Desk)
- Responsible for transferring data from medical record into the computer system (HST)
- Reference Pick List to add all the supplies used in OR into HST supply log for billing purposes
- Communicate with Materials Management regarding prices on purchase orders or for implant questions
- Communicate with OR Manager for deficiencies or errors in the medical record and correct any inconsistencies
- Greet and register patients
- Prepare patient charts for upcoming date of service
- Answer incoming calls and other front office duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of clinical materials and medical terminology required.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
- Ability to use time wisely in preparing work area to meet high-paced demand.
Hours: 40 hours/week
