Our IT team is focused on providing our partnerships and management teams with timely, quality technology support that is reliable and helpful.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

We are seeking a Manager of Application Developer to join a team of highly skilled software developers to revolutionize the way technology is used within surgery centers across the country.

 

This position is primarily responsible for:

· Leading a team of highly skilled developers working on multiple concurrent projects while actively participating as a Team Lead/developer.

· Ensuring the team is focused on delivering high quality applications with rich user experiences that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

· Working with direct reports to understand their desired career ambitions and planning mentorship and personal growth opportunities to help them succeed.

· Being accountable for the success and/or failure of a project and the code delivered by the team.

· Having a passion to learn and grow both technically and professionally such that learning becomes contagious across the team.

· Working with the development team to continuously improve all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

· Working with the Director of Application Development and PMO to plan project resourcing needs and timelines.

· Building influence outside of IT to help understand real world problems customers are having and be in a position to offer solutions.

Qualifications

Education, Training and Experience: 5+ years of Industry Software Development Experience and 3+ years of Development Team Lead experience.

· Knowledge, Abilities & Skills: Programming experience with an Object Oriented or Functional programming language. Understanding of web programming, C#/.NET, and SQL Server a plus. Considered an expert in some specific technology (i.e. ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript 2016…).

· Great attitude in high pressure situations with ability to negotiate and influence effective outcomes and drive results.

· Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills

· Able to clearly explain technical issues in a way that nontechnical people can understand

· Ability to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts concurrently

· Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; including staff, business stakeholders, and all levels of management, up to and including the CEO
