Reset Merchandiser

Survey Merchandiser is looking for Reset Merchandisers with experience to complete a Reset Project at a local store located in the area of Beaumont, TX.  We are looking for reps that are reliable, able to complete the whole shifts and with POG experience.

You will use Survey's app to document your work.

About the Work:

• Pay is $17/hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. 
• Reset will take place on March 16th.
• Hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 
• Punctuality is a must for this project. You must be at the store 15 minutes before the start of your shift.
• No team leader is assigned. You must be able to work without a team leader.
• You will be working a team.
• POG experience is required. If you have reset experience is a plus.
• This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. 
• Typical tasks include:
  • Reset adult care section of the store following a layout and planogram.
  • Arrive at the store on time. 
  • Open the Survey.com application and begin the survey.
  • Follow instructions from outside the building and then check in with customer service and ask to speak to the Store Manager and let them know you are representing Trax.  
  • Follow the instructions given to you by the Store Manager. If you have any questions or concerns, call us.
  • Before leaving the store. Open the Survey.com application up and finish the survey. It will ask you to photograph the section you worked on to provide evidence of the successfully completed reset.
  • Remove all the products from shelves (and place them in carts/on the floor).
  • Reorganize product tags so that they match the new shelf Planogram.
  • Move the products that were removed back into the shelf.
  • Go to the store backroom to get new inventory to complete the restock.
  • Miscellaneous tasks.

Dress Code:

• Black slacks or black jeans.
• White or black collared shirt or blouse,
• Black closed-toe shoes. Absolutely no sandals, tank tops, shorts, printed shirts, or dirty clothes.

About You:

• Must have a working iPhone or Android device with the Survey Merchandiser or Survey Retail application installed. Must have an active account with Survey.
• You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team.
• Expected to have a basic understanding of store resets and related terminology. Information will be provided ahead of your start date and it is required that you review it carefully before starting.
• You will be participating in a store reset. This involves moving products on/off store shelves, bringing inventory out to the floor, rearranging shelves, removing/adding store signage, and other related tasks. As a result, you must be physically able to perform these tasks, which may include tasks such as crouching down to work low shelves and repeatedly lifting/moving small objects.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site, the ability to arrive on time to and work the full shift.
• You’re able to pass a background check.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Previous reset experience is a plus, POG experience is required.
