Located in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, and Los Feliz, Los Angeles, our concept is to serve Japanese cuisine with a hint of creativity. As "Ai" means "love" in English, our Sushi Ai staff put dedication and love and work hard to give customers the best experience possible.
We are looking for passionate and disciplined chefs/assistant chefs willing to join our team to learn and grow with numerous opportunities.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
- Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
- Clean workspace during and after shift
- Understanding of food safety procedures
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Basic understanding of great customer service
Your Responsibilities
- Follow Sushi Ai given rules strictly to our guidelines at an acceptable pace.
- Professionally provide warm hospitality to guests.
- Maintain a clean, and organized restaurant environment
