Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Help with meal preparation and assembly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist in stocking and rotating food supplies
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow
- Support the dietary department in meeting the nutritional needs of our customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
