New bakery location opening soon in Nashville at The Mall at Green Hills next month! Our company is excited to expand our foot print into the Nashville market with our scratch made homestyle baked goods.
We are seeking someone that has a passion for the guest experience, leading a team, managing operations, and is looking to grow their career. We offer a competitive compensation package, benefits, PTO, 401k and much more!
Pay range is expected to range from $55,000-65,000 per year.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to train, coach, and counsel team members
- Exposure to financial and operational accountabilities
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
EDUCATION:
- Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
