SusieCakes is seeking a FT Bakery Decorations Manager & FT Production Manager.
Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria :

Pay is set to range from $24-28 / HR Tips ($2-3HR average)
Schedule : All applicants must have weekend availability. Full time will be 33-40 hours per week on average.

Decorations Manager

The Decorations Manager leads the culinary operation in frosting, inscribing, and decorating of delicious cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods.
They are charged with ensuring the highest quality baked goods are decorated in a timely manner by means of training, supporting overall safety, and developing the culinary team through the specialization of decorations management.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assign daily decoration needs to team members and ensure their completion
- Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred
- 2 years of leadership experience in a team environment
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 pounds
CERTIFICATIONS
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $24 and $28 per hour.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
