CNC Machine Operator
Come join a leading manufacturer of commercial cooking equipment that has been operating since 1931. We are currently hiring for a CNC Turret Punch Operator . You will set up and operate the CNC Turret Punch machine to form parts. You will enjoy having work life balance, weekly pay, and paid training.
Hours: 7am-3:30pm, M-F
Wage: Starting at $15/hr BOE

** Duties and Responsibilities **
- Program, set up, and operate an Amada Press Brake or CNC Turret Punch to produce new parts meeting specifications.
- Interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints.
- Load the machine with sheet metal for production and adjust machine speeds as necessary
- Run, bend and form operations using standard and custom punches.
- Check height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments.
- Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
- Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures, ensuring the machine is calibrated and cleaned and operating correctly
- Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum & regular steel).
** Requirements and Qualifications **
- Lift, carry, push up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently.
- Press Brake / Punch Press Experience Required
