POSITION SUMMARY:
The Guest Services Associate, under general supervision, is responsible for the provision of non-medical guest services for the guest patient. These services include: housekeeping functions; meal and nourishment service; linen coordination; guest-patient transportation; waste management.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education, including Licensure/ Certification / Registration
- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance required
Experience
- Experience in hotel, hospital or hospitality industry—environmental/ housekeeping/janitorial services required
