Position Overview:
Qualifications:
According to organizational policies and procedures responsible for the overall coordination, planning and management of patient and family education related to breastfeeding for the specified Affiliate.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: high school diploma or equivalent; at least one (1) year related lactation consultant experience; current Intl Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification or in progress; basic Life support certification - BLS required.
PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree; bilingual, Spanish speaking; one (1) year experience in an acute care setting in the area of lactation
