Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and selecting jewelry or electronics products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and updating product information
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or electronics
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
