About the Role: The digital product organization drives digital initiatives at the bank. This team is on point to drive massive growth by expanding the breadth of digital capabilities and delivering differentiated value propositions. This role is responsible for helping to measure the impact of our digital transformation. The ideal candidate will: · Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making. · Must be able to multi-task while simultaneously juggling the needs of multiple internal stakeholders · Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with internal product stakeholders and data engineers to define the data necessary to deliver a breakthrough client measurement experience. · Support stakeholders with capabilities to effectively execute their digital strategy. Understand business objectives, define an implementation plan, and configure the digital analytics platform · Strong analytical and presentation skills to review findings and share with internal stakeholders Once Here You Will: · Be a strategist. Develop our high-level strategic vision and translate it into digital roadmaps. · Be the voice of the user. Understand user needs, identify the problem and market opportunity, ideate solutions, prototype, and validate hypotheses. · Be a do-er. Work with cross-functional teams to take a design from concept to launch. From creating your backlog and refining features, to validation and launch, you will implement our digital product dashboards. · Be a value catalyst. Leverage data to unlock new experiences and new features that deliver the full potential of our digital platforms. · Be a change agent. Explore new approaches, methodologies, and technologies in an ever evolving and changing world. · Be passionate. Evangelize product dashboards to internal stakeholders with purpose and passion. What You’ll Bring: · A Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitative major that requires structured problem solving · 2-5 years of Product Management and/or digital analytics experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services · Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams · Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Web Trends · Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
