What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman position at SVS Management Group?
SVS Management Group is looking to hire a professional handyman for our growing company.
We are looking to fill our Handyman position. Our business owns several manufacturing facilities in the Rockford area. Pay will be determined with experience level.Initial 60-day review with opportunity for pay increases.
Main duties include:
- Handy Man jobs (painting, flooring, electrical repairs, plumbing, and interior and exterior upkeep)
- Assist with simple maintenance of some machinery
- Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work
- Participate in work orders provided by management
- Basic Tools (drill, hammer, ladder, tape measure, flashlight, compressor, etc.)
- Landscaping/snow removal Maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
Work Location:
Salary: $15-$18 per hour
- All candidates should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record & automobile insurance. All candidates must be willing to complete a criminal background & drug screening process as successful completion is necessary before an employment offer is granted.
