Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Washington DC (Initial Remote Position)
Duration: Full Time
Technical/Functional Skills
- Must have SAFE Agile certification/Scrum Master certified.
- Must have knowledge and working exp with ETL, Tableau and Informatica projects and collected requirements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Agile work experience
- Good Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between Business, Build lead and Technical to get requirement and draft into proper BRS
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements documents
- Creating user stories, epics in Jira
- Communicates dashboard requirements to database developers and Business Intelligence developers to ensure execution accuracy
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by identifying and participating in training programs
- Prepare test case and execute
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Run scrum call, manage tasks and backlog refinement with PM
