What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Learning Experience position at Swanktek?
· Work with stakeholders to analyze learning needs, identify learning objectives, and ensure learning meets customer expectations
· Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate human-centered, learner-focused training projects for various Ford IT audiences
· Provide thought leadership for instructional design, performance consulting, effective learning strategies, experiential learning, and learning solution delivery
· Coordinate and manage projects to ensure successful implementation on budget by targeted delivery dates
· Prepare learning roadmaps and milestones, presentations and other major project support material as needed
· Create transformative learning experiences for IT employees and leverage online learning platforms and content curation
· Design and maintain end-to-end learning experiences, including marketing, and managing communications and engagement activities
· Drive a learning mindset with peer-to-peer and social learning and community-based interactions
· Identify and diagnose performance gaps using industry standard tools and processes
