Job description
- Develop and generate strategic metrics concerning various aspects of the Customer Service operation
- Provide reports to Swatch Group HQ and PC’s as required
- Create and maintain library of Standard Operating Procedures
- Work with task owners to ensure accuracy of documents
- Suggest and develop periodic changes to existing procedures
- Work with department managers to regularly monitor team performance
- Lead projects of varying size and scope
- Participate in the development of training modules and their delivery
- Develop feedback system to improve training materials
Profile
The Swatch Group U.S. is looking for a Sales Analyst for our Customer Service division. This position is located in Secaucus, New Jersey.
