You are an essential part of the leadership team and you are passionate about driving membership sales, motivating a team and creating an elevated client experience. You accept personal responsibility for studio operations, providing a premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. You enjoy interacting with clients and getting to know their needs and have strong attention to detail when cleaning and preparing suites for each guest. You have strong assessment, customer service, communication and business acumen skills, as well as provide in the moment and ongoing feedback for your team. You work closely with the Studio Manager and Sales Associates on a daily basis in providing training for a high-level guest experience and driving to the business needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, to create a friendly and positive entrance into the studio
  • Execute a high level of customer service to all members and guests
  • Representation of the brand as an exclusive, boutique studio, communicate and exude SweatHouz brand principles in everything you do
  • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner
  • Guest Experience and Retention: We strive to create a studio experience that will excite people and encourage their continued loyalty
  • Exhibit leadership by mentoring sales associates to provide high level customer service and perform all assigned duties
  • Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls
  • Sell packages, memberships and build value with every interaction
  • Accept responsibility for meeting sales goals
  • Book and edit member and guest appointments via MindBody
  • Maintain daily contact and follow-up logs
  • Generate organic prospects through grassroots prospecting
  • Responsible for accurately processing credit card transactions
  • Help maintain an organized and clean studio, lobby and front desk area
  • Assist Studio Cleaners with suite turnover including the cleaning and sanitation of both the sauna and shower areas after each session
  • Assist Studio Cleaners with laundry (loading washers, dryers, folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked)
  • Help train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate all studio staff, creating and maintaining a team that is highly personable, client-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding both the studio and company sales goals
  • Maintain the SweatHouz distinct culture and community
  • Work closely with the staff on the implementation of standard operating policies and procedures designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization
  • Responsible for supporting all studio-level purchasing, receiving, and supply inventory

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1-year prior management experience preferred
  • 2-years membership sales and customer service experience is required
  • Strong leadership experience (coaching, developing, or mentoring individuals with examples of success stories is a huge plus)
  • Experience with MindBody or a similar CRM/POS is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passion for the SweatHouz brand
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
