Patient Care Coordinator - Float Pool at Swedish Medical Group
Swedish is seeking a Patient Care Coordinators (1.0 FTE, Variable Day Shift) in our Float Pool at participating Swedish Medical Group clinics.
Up to $3,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Swedish that begin on your first day of employment

At Swedish, we are passionate about healthcare for our caregivers. Full-time caregivers (0.75-1.0 FTE) who earn less than $60,000 per year will be offered the Swedish PPO Medical Plan with a $0 premium cost, including dependent coverage.
Works under the general direction of a physician or his/her designee, utilizing communication and management skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting. Will act as a patient advocate to assure the patient's access to health care during their entry into and through the services of the clinic.
Required qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role
- Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion
Preferred qualification:
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
