Sweet Basil Cafe of Champaign is part of our ever-growing family of restaurants. We are looking for Host/ Hostess that have great communication skills, that are energetic, team-oriented, and strive for quality customer service. We have 6 locations throughout Illinois. We are a family-owned restaurant with a very extensive menu that is served all day. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for Greeting customers as they enter the restaurant, takes their reservations or puts them on a waiting list if needed, give customers menus and shows them to their seats. Handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist restaurant staff when necessary. Check out customers. As a Host/ Hostess will need great communication skills as well as basic math skills.
