FOH Manager/Server

• You will work as FOH assistant floor manager to provide overall leadership, direction and support to the FOH staff, offer excellent customer interaction, and interface with the kitchen. You must have natural customer skills and experience to deal with high-volume and intense customers. Organization and directive coordination of the staff will be needed. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Train and develop employees for multiple FOH positions (including EXPO, running, bussing, servers, baristas, cashiers, and floaters)
• Create a strong, trusting environment that ensures staff members to perform consistently
• Stays present and comfortable in resolving conflicts
• Ensure new hires follow and complete their appropriate training plan and act up to standard.
• Scheduling
• Interact with customers, ensuring overall satisfaction and smooth customer operations.
• Interface with the kitchen team to resolve issues
• Motivates FOH to deal with daily tasks in a positive way
• Coordinates and assigns daily activities to achieve smooth operations.
• Ensures open and close procedures are up
• Must have complete knowledge of all products and procedures
• Enforce sanitary practices and clean FOH to meet health code needs.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Communicate repairs
• Knowledge of dining room operations
• Ability to ensure health code violation
• Work responsibly and independently
• Must be available on weekends and holidays and on busiest days when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
