Sinkers Lounge is looking for experienced bartenders. The ideal candidate has a passion for taking care of guests and for making it easy for guests to have fun.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledgeable of Sinkers Lounge experience, including entertainment, food, drink and large group accommodations

Provide excellent customer service; taking customer orders in a friendly and timely manner

Open, maintain and close guest tickets using the POS software

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests using a range of ingredients

Assess bar customers’ needs and preferences to make food and drink recommendations

Take food and drink orders; serve meals to all customers in a timely manner

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Perform general maintenance and cleaning of facility & equipment

Clean all surfaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment

Assist in completing all opening and closing procedures

Adhere to all rules and regulations regarding dispensing and selling alcohol

Answer phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails professionally
Qualifications
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years restaurant/bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to adapt, problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, exceeding 4 hrs
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs

Salary : $9 - $12
