Position Summary:
In this role, you will be the champion for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently, and gathering valuable feedback to help us continuously improve.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, dealerships, and corporate office personnel.
- Reach out to customers to ensure they have an extraordinary visit.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues with the dealership’s leadership.
- Research and troubleshoot product and service problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member(s).
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Auto industry experience a plus – but not required.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar programs).
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
