As the Clinical Leader of our home care team, you'll have the chance to:

• Build, lead, inspire, and motivate a top-tier interdisciplinary care team of 20-25 caregivers, dedicated to providing exceptional care.
• Expand and clinically support a growing census of local home care clients, improving their lives, health, and well-being.
• Make critical care decisions, crafting the best care plans, and overseeing client management with precision and compassion.
• Exercise full authority and involvement in hiring and onboarding new members into our dedicated care team.

Note: The compensation package is based on the base pay and number of clients you handle in the area. The starting base pay is $70,000 and for every client you manage you get monthly payouts.

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of PA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
