Responsibilities:
- Offer legal review, advice, and support across a wide range of areas including strategic transactions, commercial contracts, licensing, quality and operations, and general corporate matters.
- Potential involvement in managing litigation and facilitating dispute resolution across business units.
- Collaborate closely with business functions and senior management to support company objectives.
- Demonstrate strategic legal expertise in corporate, business, compliance, and other relevant matters.
- Assume significant responsibility for diverse commercial, legal, and compliance issues, including complex matters of high visibility.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial transactions and contracting; litigation experience is advantageous.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Exceptional judgment, able to thrive in a dynamic legal department, adept at negotiating complex contracts with customers and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and within teams, providing practical guidance to business management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with colleagues, external counsel, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple agreements and projects efficiently, and resolve issues promptly.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
