What does a Fountain Installer / Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?You get to work directly with the customer to prepare the physical location for Coca-Cola products to be served ice cold! Perform Vending and Cooler repairs and maintenance. Customer service and technical skill, like repairing soda fountain machines, makes this job a perfect blend.Responsibilities:Relocate and move soda fountains, glass door coolers, or vending machines.Load machines and deliver for unloading at designated location.Diagnose, repair and install fountain machines, glass door coolers, and vending machines in an orderly sequence.Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use.Maintain accurate parts inventory: Ability to use hand held computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care.Report inventory accurately for business accountability. Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate2 years experience in vending/cooler preferred.Valid driver licenseTechnical aptitude to fix machinesExcellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Ability to work without direct supervision in the fieldAbility to flex into other departments is a bonus (Fountain repair, equipment set-up, refrigeration)Ability to lift 50 poundsOrganization and professionalismHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
