What does a Plant Office Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?As the Plant Administrative Assistant, you will prove provides administrative and technical support to the plant management team, support teams, employees, and visitors!
Job Details:
Schedule: 7am - 4pm (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities:
Greets, screens and directs all visitors - providing protective equipment as needed
Assists in the Security Badge program: issues access cards, when approved, to visitors and contractors
Assists in Onboarding new employees
Assists Manager with Employee related trainings and courses
Orders and distributes employee uniforms and safety shoes
Processes and codes vendor invoices into company's' system for accurate and timely invoice payments
Processes monthly accruals for P&L statements
Coordinates Plant Events
Maintains office supplies
Updates/maintains OSHA logs
Stocking the office coffee and drink cooler
Managing PPE supplies and safety vest
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma a minimum, with some college preferred
3 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical position required
Strong organizational, communications and arithmetic skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
Problem solving ability
Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
