What does a Route Processing Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of revenues and customer billings by audit of all delivery transactions. Responsibilities include: Check in and record all money collections from route personnel.Accurately count, deposit, and secure all money collected each day.Balance and reconcile local cash funds.Audit all paperwork from route personnel to ensure accuracy.Document retention management to ensure accessibility of documents for future use.Monitor all local delivery routes for timely completion.Coordinate resolution of any errors that prevent finalization route processing.Correspond with route personnel to research and resolve any route variances.Maintain open and clear communication with cross functional teamsManage and distribute necessary suppliesCustomer Accounts Receivable researchCrosstrain in clerical areas throughout other departmentsMaintain accurate excel spreadsheetsCustomer Accounts Receivable researchRequirements: Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent degree/certificateCash balancing experience preferredAccurate data entry, 10 Key by touch.Strong organizational and communication skills.Teamwork aptitude and professionalism.Problem solving abilities.Ability to multi-task, strong time management skills.Work independently and meet deadlines.Detail oriented with attention to accuracyBasic computer application skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work weekends and/or holidays as needed by the businessAbility to lift 35 pounds frequentlyThis role may involve standing, kneeling and lifting and may involve working in an environment where there is sufficient noise.
