GHD Knowledge Analyst The Knowledgebase Content Administrator will develop and maintain knowledgebase submission processes, and review processes. Will maintain knowledgebase (kb) repository, and develop and maintain Global Helpdesk knowledgebase (kb) standard operating procedures. Make an impact
- Ensures that KB’s are ready for use after submission per the GHD KB policy
- Ensure that KB’s are reviewed and validated per the GHD KB policy
Necessary Experience / Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Information Technology related field
- Experience managing a knowledge base
- Experience working with key personnel
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (desired)
- Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce Ticketing systems (desired)
- Time Management Skill
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team oriented
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ITIL Certified (desired)
Salary : $59,000 - $74,700
