Job Description
Role : PROJECT MANAGER
Description : Looking for 9 yrs exp candidates.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Collaborate with the individual workstream leads to identify the tasks, dependencies and track
status of each of the workstreams - Track resource availability and allocation and manage related issues and risks
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies as appropriate
- Provide Agile reporting (capacity, velocity, burndown, etc) to enable team to continuously improve
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress as required
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage and escalate risks, issues and blockers to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
REQUIREMENTS :
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience working with Master Data Management platforms and systems. Reltio experience is preferred
- Excellent client-facing and partnering skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, healthcare industries
- PMP certification is a plus
Salary : $60 - $70
