Role Objectives & Responsibilities
The Corporate Recruiter for Sylvan Road Capital will organize and coordinate the administrative and recruitment responsibilities for the department/organization across our six businesses. This role is a critical member of the HR talent team and will support the department activities in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding the best possible talent.
We are seeking an experienced, proactive recruiting professional striving to make an immediate impact within our organization. A highly motivated problem solver that is ready and able to use those outstanding people skills to develop lasting relationships with our internal stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates. This individual can seamlessly deliver and achieve results in a dynamic fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. They will have a solid understanding of full cycle recruitment life cycle processes and can deliver best in class candidate experience.
Requirement Knowledge & Experience

Achieve staffing objectives by managing the sourcing, recruiting, screening and selection process for corporate and field roles across multiple states

Partner with hiring managers at all levels of the organization, building internal relationships; facilitate interviews and gather feedback

Recruit active and passive candidates while gauging candidates for culture fit

Working closely with coordinator to prepare and facilitate job offers

Prepare daily,weekly, monthly reports summarizing recruitment activity and pipeline

Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining support

Help prepare job descriptions with hiring managers as needed

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

Partner with TA department leader(s) to identify and recommend opportunities for improving candidate experience and process inefficiencies

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant

qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications and reviewing candidate scorecards as available

Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth, high volume environment;
- Experience working remotely and supporting multi-state recruiting highly preferred
- 3 years of ATS/HRIS experience, Paycom referred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth start up mentality environment
- Must be flexible and adaptable with the ability to pivot as needed
- Must possess a high EQ and the ability to work with multiple business lines, personalities and stakeholders while remaining professional and respectful
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Must possess strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency at all times
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure; commitment to results and solutions oriented
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy, in a virtual setting with the ability to consistently meet hiring goals and requirements
