What you’ll do:
- Create innovative recruiting strategies that use a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing to attract best in class talent
- Partner with leadership on staffing plans and recruitment strategies providing superior level of customer service and support to candidates and hiring teams
- Identify, recruit, screen, interview and recommend talent candidates for employment
- Align our hiring practices with talent initiatives with a strong focus on programs, processes, tools and training that enable and support our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
- Manage the headcount requisition approval process and optimize bandwidth with appropriate allocation of open requisitions
- Leverage and optimize technology (Breezy) to automate and streamline recruiting and hiring processes
- Ensure recruitment processes are clearly documented and standardized across the company
- Manage employment agencies and search firms when needed, including negotiating and controlling employment-related fees
- Maintain up to date job descriptions and salary ranges for all positions while partnering with Human Resources to ensure compliance and consistency
- Measure the impact of our recruiting approach and initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the company to achieve hiring goals more efficiently
- Lead the initiative on talent management, including outward facing and internal functions such as employee development, performance review process, policies, and procedures for success. Collaborate with COO, CCO, CISO on all aspects of policies, legal, regulatory and government requirements
- Advising and mentoring employees as needed
What you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of Recruiting experience sourcing exceptional passive candidates in a search firm and/or in-house environment
- A data-driven approach to recruiting and a relentless drive to hit targets
- Demonstrated track record in creative and cost-effective recruiting and hiring outstanding talent
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a polished, confident way to clients and candidates a like
- The ability to build strong partnerships at all levels, internally and externally
- Passion for developing, coaching and leading people
- Experience in scaling/dynamic organizations
- A desire to join a small, nimble team and help grow an early-stage company
