SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training is a rapidly growing neurofeedback service and training company founded by a mom on a mission to improve the world one brain at a time. Currently, we are seeking a flexible and determined team player who will be responsible for developing sales channels to help bring neurofeedback to more individuals. We have a collaborative and fun team culture and look forward to supporting our Sales Representative as we understand the significant value and importance of this position.

What You'll Do:

• HUNT.

• Meet & exceed sales goals for new business based on the standards set by SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training.

• Develop a pipeline of business equivalent to 3-4 times annual quota through pursuit of inbound leads, networking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities.

• Nurture long term relationships in target markets (Some of which are: OBH, ACRC, TABS, AMHCA).

• Be responsible for forming partnerships and strategic relationships with referral sources and other professional contacts in target markets in order to bring in new customers and clients. This includes developing new markets in different geographic areas.

• Participate in trade associations and attend conferences. Develop prospect and referral sources and assist in following up with all aspects of outreach campaigns via direct mail, email, phone calls, in person, virtual appointments and/or demos.

• Develop and monitor the status of customer engagements and work with customers to keep them on track with the assistance of other team members.

• Create clear sales & marketing objectives with a small team.

• Participate in the development of marketing campaigns from idea to execution.

• Be responsible for reaching objectives in sales.

• Participate in team meetings regularly to guide, measure, and improve outreach in all target markets.

• Be committed to continuous improvement and make recommendations to the team for process improvements.

• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual market analyses.

• Perform as both an inside/outside sales representative

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Self-starter able to successfully operate with limited management supervision.

• Desire to work in an environment that rewards results and loyalty, and maintains high ethical standards.

• Sales Training

• 3-4 years experience in sales, or business development

• Excellent relational and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability building long term relationships in target markets

• Tenacity with follow up

• Self confidence

• Presentation skills

• Phone and Video call skills and experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Familiarity creating sales reports

• Strong understanding of and experience with using a CRM

• Experience in brain health, quantified self, wellness, or fitness is a plus

• Familiarity with Neurofeedback or similar modality is a plus

• Love to support & be integral in growing a good cause

• Love to travel and energized by people

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
