Job Details:

This is a 100 % commission-only sales position where your income is directly proportioned to the level of activity you put in. Agents that have followed our proven system have earned up to 100K in their first year.

We have multiple paths of growth within the company.

• You can focus on personal production with great income potential by helping clients find suitable options for mortgage protection, as well as other products such as life insurance, disability insurance, debt elimination, annuities, and indexed universal life policies.

• You can become an agency owner, build a team and earn passive income. If you choose the agency owner path you will have access to state-of-the-art technologies to build and train your team of like-minded individuals. The right candidate with a passion to succeed can grow into an agency owner within 12 months.

Responsibilities:

We work exclusively with clients who ask for our help. Here's how it works:

• Our central office sends letters to recent home buyers, inviting them to apply for home mortgage protection insurance. These prospects are HOT to protect their new investment with the products we offer.

• You contact these warm leads and qualify them over the phone. You meet them in person, or virtually from your personal office space, explain their options, and help them through the application process.

• This sales position involves no cold calling, no door knocking, and no begging for business. No high-pressure sales tactics are needed—or allowed!

Requirements:

• LIFE and HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE REQUIRED FOR YOUR RESIDENT STATE.

• Life/annuities and Heath license required.

• If unlicensed, you are expected to complete a 40-hour online course within 2 weeks and pass a required state exam within the first 30 days. We will explain your state's requirements and help with the course fees to make starting this career field an easier transition for you.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
