Responsibilities:
Respond to prospective clients who have asked for help with life insurance needs (no cold calling).
Build productive relationships with prospective clients that provide an opportunity for repeat business.
Evaluate individual customers needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
Ensure all insurance policies are issued in a timely manner.
Be an active team member with other agents within the agency.
Requirements:
Strong Self-Motivation, integrity, and willingness to adapt to a proven system
Must be able to work independently & have high integrity sales practices
Possess a life insurance license or be willing and able to obtain one
Maintain high level of customer service with clients
Expected to learn and understand the products available
