We help our clients put in place mortgage protection and other products of insurance by making outbound calls. What makes our company stand out from other commission-based positions is the lead system and the compensation structure.
We do not cold-call or door-to-door sell. The quality of the leads and our system is what makes a difference. You will have direct mentorship with many forms of training available for whatever type of learner you are. You will be able to collaborate and work with other agents in our agency and learn from top producers in the company.

Responsibilities/ Objectives -
Dialing through warm leads to book 10-20 appointments per week (Depending on
Full-time or Part-time work)
Helping clients navigate through and select coverage for their family via 20-40
major A-rated insurance carriers
Ability to recruit/hire in order to build your own agency
Requirements:
Obtain Life/Health Insurance License (Help/ Training with obtaining this can/will be
provided)
Plug into the weekly conference calls for training purposes
Follow the system to have success
Recommended for success -
Attend at least 1-2 annual National Conference for training purposes
