We provide our agents with game-changing technology and support, and the most innovative marketing and lead programs to enhance and grow your business because we invest in our agents.

Our new agents instantly begin receiving one-on-one training & the best online tutorials in the industry. No experience is necessary, just the right mindset and work ethic. We have a proven system that produces above average results if you are willing to do the work.

Job Details:

We are looking for a relationship-building sales agent who will call our clients, set appointments, and meet with them virtually, in their home, or on the phone, for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Our full-time agents will meet with 10 to 15 families per week. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.

We have never had more people who need what we do here. And, we have never had more ways to help families. We offer financial services for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, living benefits, critical illness, retirement protection, and debt elimination.

This is a high compensation, 100% commission only-based sales position. We have multiple income streams to create passive income, generous bonus programs, and an aggressive promotion schedule with unlimited income potential.

Responsibilities:

-Scheduling appointments with warm leads. No cold calling is required.

-Passionate about helping other people.

-Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.

-Attend consistent and ongoing training via conference calls, webinars, in personal meetings & conferences.

-Results driven, yet humble and coachable.

-Desire to grow quickly, fast track into management.

-Emphasis on work/life balance.

Requirements:

-US Citizen or Permanent Resident Visa.

-Life & Health Insurance License (we can help you obtain one if you do not have it).

-Must have a computer and internet.

-Strong communication skills.

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
