Job Details:
As a Lotz Agency Agent, you will have access to high-quality products in life insurance, disability income insurance, critical illness insurance, and annuities from more than 30 well-known insurance carriers. This gives agents the flexibility and reach they need to customize plans to meet clients' individual coverage needs. 100% commission only. Start full-time or part-time. Responsibilities:
Complete the onboarding training. Obtain a life and health insurance license with guidance from the Lotz Agency team. Pass an extensive background check. Plug into daily training calls and stay in contact with your mentor. Contact families that have requested information - no cold calling necessary. Set appointments and meet with families to help them choose the best product for their needs. Follow-up with carriers to ensure that policies are issued, and clients are protected.
Requirements:
Computer skills: While you will be trained on the Lotz Agency selling system, knowledge of CRM systems and traditional computer programs (excel, word, etc), is beneficial.
Be motivated: Commit to ongoing personal and leadership development. Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational and networking opportunities.
Customer-service skills: Speak confidently and genuinely, making clients feel comfortable by helping them understand their policies and the difference these policies will make in their lives.
Organizational skills: Work with warm, real-time leads from people who have requested more information.
Leadership skills: Must have the ability to work with and train others.
Positivity and integrity: always have a good attitude and work with honesty at all times.
